Ever Free Women’s Circle
Ever Free Women’s Circle is an 8-week telehealth support group for Christian women in Texas who are working toward freedom from porn and compulsive sexual behavior. It’s a small, closed group of five to eight women, so you can be known by the people in the room and you don’t have to carry this by yourself. Faith is welcome here, and judgment is not.

A Little More About the Group
A lot of Christian women who struggle with porn feel like they’re the only woman in the world dealing with it, because conversations about this at church tend to be aimed at men and women get left out. That isolation can make the shame feel heavier and the cycle harder to talk about, even with people you trust. This group exists so you can be in a room with other women who understand, where you don’t have to explain yourself or hide any part of your story.
Over eight weeks, we’ll look at what’s underneath the behavior, including the role shame plays and what porn may have been doing for you, and we’ll talk honestly about faith, including the places where messages about sex and purity left you with more fear than clarity. Each week you’ll have space to share as much as you’re comfortable with and to listen to other women who are walking the same road. Faith is part of the group in whatever way is helpful to you, and nobody is expected to have it all figured out.
The group is small and closed, which means the same women show up each week and trust has time to build. Before joining, we’ll have a free 15-minute call to make sure the group is a good fit for where you are right now. This group is a place for support and learning and is not a substitute for individual therapy, and if you’re in crisis, please call or text 988.

All members agree to keep what's shared in group private, and I'm bound by standard therapist confidentiality. Like any group setting, I can't control what others do outside the room, but mutual respect and privacy are expectations everyone agrees to upfront.

This is a private-pay group at $50 per session, $400 for the full 8 weeks. Insurance is not accepted.
