Affordable Online Therapy in Texas for Individuals and Couples
Meet Abbrielle Schenck, LMFT-Associate in Texas
I am Abbrielle Schenck, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-Associate) in Texas and the founder of Becoming Ever Free Therapy. I provide online therapy for adults and couples across Texas who are seeking meaningful healing, emotional clarity, and healthier relationships. My work is grounded in compassion, clinical integrity, and the belief that lasting change happens when people feel safe, understood, and respected.
Who I Work With
Many of the individuals and couples I work with feel stuck in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relational patterns they do not fully understand. Some are navigating unresolved trauma, intimacy or sexuality concerns, sexual shame, infidelity, or identity questions. Others are struggling with emotional disconnection, communication breakdowns, or painful cycles that feel difficult to change. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin moving forward with greater intention.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is trauma sensitive, relational, and integrative. I primarily draw from narrative and psychodynamic therapy, which means we explore both present-day patterns and the deeper experiences and stories that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I help clients develop emotional awareness, understand their internal world, and build more sustainable ways of coping and connecting. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to what feels manageable for you.
Online Therapy for Adults and Couples Across Texas
I provide online therapy for adults and couples throughout Texas. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, shame, identity struggles, and emotional overwhelm. I support couples working through conflict, emotional distance, trust repair, and intimacy concerns. I also offer premarital counseling for couples who want to build a strong emotional and relational foundation for marriage. Many of my clients are looking for a therapist who can hold complex emotional experiences with care, including concerns related to sexuality, pornography use, secrecy, or values-based conflict.
Christian Counseling and Faith Integration
I offer both traditional therapy and Christian counseling. Faith integration is always optional and client led. For clients who want their Christian faith to be part of the therapeutic process, we can explore how beliefs, spiritual experiences, and church culture have shaped emotional and relational health. For those who prefer a nonreligious approach, therapy remains fully grounded in evidence-based care and respect for your values.
What Therapy With Me Is Like
I believe therapy should feel safe, thoughtful, and empowering. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop tools that support lasting growth beyond the therapy room. We begin where you are and move forward together at a pace that honors your capacity and goals.
Licensure and Supervision
I am licensed in the state of Texas as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and practice under supervision in accordance with state requirements. I am supervised by Kasey King, LMFT-S, CST.
