At Becoming Ever Free, I value clarity, honesty, and transparency. Below you’ll find my current promotional rates, future rate information, payment policies, and your rights under the No Surprises Act.

Becoming Ever Free is a private-pay practice, which means insurance is not billed directly.
Clients may request a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by insurance plan. -
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Sessions canceled with fewer than 48 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
This policy protects your appointment time and maintains availability for all clients. -
Under federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected cost of your mental health services.
You will receive a GFE if:
• You are uninsured, or
• You choose not to use insurance and pay privatelyYour Good Faith Estimate will include:
• The cost of your initial session
• The estimated cost of ongoing sessions
• Any additional anticipated fees (if applicable)
• An estimated timeframe for services, based on your goals and clinical recommendationsYour rights under the No Surprises Act include:
• Receiving a GFE before beginning services
• Requesting a new or updated estimate at any time
