THE ASSOCIATE THERAPIST TABLE:
A BOOK CLUB FOR LMFT-A’S & LPC-A’S
The Associate Therapist Table
-
What This Is
The Associate Therapist Table is a low-pressure, peer-led book club designed for LMFT-A’s and LPC-A’s in Texas. Our goal is to nurture community, deepen clinical insight, and foster growth together — outside of supervision or formal training.
-
Why We Exist
Beginning as a therapist can feel isolating. Between paperwork, supervision hours, client loads, and professional development — it’s easy to feel like you're walking the path alone.
This book club offers a sense of belonging, thoughtful discussion, and the chance to learn from peers who understand the journey. -
How It Works
📚 We choose one book per month.
📅 We meet once a month
🧑🏽🤝🧑🏻 Everyone is equal — there is no hierarchy. We learn from each other.
✨ It’s not therapy — no client work, no supervision. Just community & discussion.
