A Little More About the Group
A support group for Christian women who have gone no contact with family and want to be around people who understand.
The holidays can be a really hard season when you've gone no contact with someone in your family. Everyone else seems to be posting family pictures and making plans, and you're just trying to get through the day. I feel like a lot of women in this spot feel like they're the only one, and they carry guilt and grief on top of everything else.
This group is a space to not do that alone. For eight weeks, you'll be with other Christian women who understand what it means to make this choice. We'll talk about the guilt and the grief, what Scripture says about honoring your parents, and what to say when people ask why you're not going home. We'll also make a real plan for Thanksgiving and Christmas so you aren't walking into those days unprepared.
Faith is part of this group, and it's gentle. There's no shame here, and nobody has to defend their story or have it all figured out.
